Shipping Policy
At Coffee Club, we offer free shipping on all orders over $25 within the United States. For orders under $25, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and you can expect to receive your coffee within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Coffee Club, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a return or exchange.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened bags of coffee beans. If there is an issue with the quality of the coffee, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened bags of coffee beans due to the perishable nature of the product.
